Our story

Rockin' T Ranch is a family place, and it says so in its own words: bringing happiness to our family by bringing happiness to your family.

“From Barn Bashes to Perfect weddings, we are your spot to make memories.”

How the mountain got its name

  1. 2017

A new life in the northern hills

The Rockin T Ranch got its start in 2017, when Tommy, a Veteran and Father, along with his young son Sawyer, started a new life in northern hills of Arkansas.

It began as a father and his young son starting over, up in the hills above Dennard, Arkansas. The barns, the stage and the pumpkins came after.

  2. Soon after

    Bear Mountain was born

It wasn't long before Poppa Bear found his Momma Bear, Robyn, and Bear Mountain was born!

That is how the family tells it, and the names stuck. The seasonal side of the ranch still carries it: the Bear Mountain Pumpkin Patch, and the Bear Mountain Tradin' Company behind it.

  3. The barn

    A 4,300-square-foot room for everybody

The barn became the heart of the place. It holds pumpkins and local vendor tables in the fall, long tables and string lights for a wedding reception, and a stage with the RTR neon sign lit behind the band.

The family keeps the promise they put in writing: bringing happiness to our family by bringing happiness to your family.

  4. 2025

    The 7th annual Spring Fling

On Memorial Day weekend, May 23 to 26, 2025, the ranch ran its seventh annual Spring Fling. A seventh anything means a lot of people kept showing up, and the guest reviews say the same: one has been to every event the ranch has held, and another calls the crowd small and the atmosphere popping.

  5. Every October

    The pumpkin patch opens

Each fall the ten acres fill with a corn pit, a hay maze and hay rides, and the barn fills with hand-picked pumpkins. Families come back for it year after year; one guest wrote that they will make the ranch a family tradition.

Weddings in the same barn, the same meadow

The family will handle as little or as much of your day as you want, from flowers and the style of the room to catering, a DJ and photographers they know.

The easiest way to know the ranch is to visit it. Call before you drive up, and the family will tell you what is on this week.
